I'm not taking birth control cause it's what gave me pcos...is there any other thing I can do to help regulate my period other than exercise and diet.

      That's completely false, birth control does not cause PCOS, it's actually used to treat PCOS symptoms. If you don't want to be on hormones, that's fine, I've elected to stay off them as well. The best treatment for PCOS is maintaining a healthy weight by following a healthy diet (as PCOS can cause insulin resistance) and exercising regularly

      My cycles have been regular, but my RE put me on metformin to help with symptoms. I don't take birth control unless required during my IVF cycle

        @Sunflower.System that advice was rude and birth control does not help pcos its a band aid the doctors use it actually makes some symptoms worse
