    Hello 👋 can relate 100%. I’m even procrastinating sleeping, though I am very tired. Trying to distract the mind with anything but the most important things. I want to dedicate myself to doing things even one or two hours at a time. I spent ~4 hours writing yesterday in total and it felt wonderful. But if I can consistently add chunks to my day where I settle my mind on one thing at a time, I think I can be much more productive and it will help me to compartmentalize from the chaos.

      Those chunks of time where I can really focus on work usually come out of panic when a deadline approaches. I still haven't mastered the ability to tame them. Honestly it's frustrating that I can't figure out how to induce these periods of productivity.
