the best way would be to get a professional opinion, but if that's not readily available for you, there's a few ways you can check with yourself. when you talk to strangers or even someone you do know, do you feel anxious or hesitant? do you feel socially exhausted after talking to many people in one day? do you feel like you have to "recharge your batteries" after being social that you have to go home and take a break? i hope this helps in any way, but if you're still not sure, i do recommend going for an psychological examination. š
