hello how are you people not very sure how this works but I've been searching for help and got this app from watching an add I hope it can help out

Hi! Welcome! I haven’t been on in a while but I share some of the same struggles you listed. It’s a great platform to find others in similar situations or that feel the same way you do.. I found it helpful because a lot of my struggles are so isolating.. I am sending positive thoughts your way!
