Need advice on treating recurring boil wounds

I have two small wounds from a recurring boil that won’t close and keep on draining. They are located on my right armpit. Anyone knows what I can do to treat them?

Flushing it out and antibiotic cream. If those don’t work I’d ask your doctor about oral antibiotics. Putting bandaids on it is a nightmare but they will help to keep it a bit cleaner. Best of luck!
