i try to remind myself that it’s the disorder

I try to remind myself that they are human. I can have multiple friends, relatives, jobs, whatever so they can too. They will make time for me in the future and I'm still loved by them

Try to put yourself in their shoes and how it would feel if you had a friend or partner that was jealous every time you did something without them and what effect your emotions could have on that relationship.
