When I go to stores I make sure to have my mask on. I volunteer at a dog rescue and hike just to get out. Sometimes I walk so much it makes my knee sore.
What do you do for fun?
I do not sleep good at all. My mind never shuts off. I have told my GP that I can't sleep and he always comes up with excuses not to help me. I take 100 mg of Benadryl every night right now and it isn't even helping. I don't know what to do..
