I do not sleep good at all. My mind never shuts off. I have told my GP that I can't sleep and he always comes up with excuses not to help me. I take 100 mg of Benadryl every night right now and it isn't even helping. I don't know what to do..

Having some kidney spikes of intense pain and then bad nausea but meds seem to be helping a bit and hoping I can sleep tonight! How are you?!

When I go to stores I make sure to have my mask on. I volunteer at a dog rescue and hike just to get out. Sometimes I walk so much it makes my knee sore. What do you do for fun?

What is Evisheld? I go out where I want but, wear my mask, handsanitize, and stay away from people who are coughing.

Because of my transplant I had to wear a mask and handsanitize before it was in fashion.
