Hi everyone! I've had a long up and down journey with severe anxiety and depression along with my recent PMDD diagnosis. Lately I've really been struggling and falling deep into a hole, I was doing great until I went through a break up and ever since then I've been extremely self destructive.

    Hi there! Not sure what you have access to, but I would recommend working with a therapist who does EMDR. It is amazing, and was a huge game changer for me on how I would think about specific thoughts that bothered me. ❤️
