Dealing with a Problematic Counselor

I have a counselor that has caused me some problems. so long story short back in December I got the flu and I am sarcastic and I told them whatever happens happens I don't care because I've been through the ringer basically and I'm tired. so she contacted Carl from jfsa I told him that I was suicidal and then I'm sitting here dealing with everything else and she is saying that if I have a psychiatrist to them I'd have to go every month because of the situation that occurred. the situation she caused and makes me feel like I am going crazy which I'm not. I want to try and find somebody else but the agency I'm working with doesn't have really much that many people as counselors. so right now I have to sit here and think about what's going on. how would you guys approach this when a person is sitting there making you seem like you have worse mental health issues than you do.
