@CrazyQ I feel the same on that
I've had success with the following: > regular massage therapy appointments, especially myofascial release; > diet (no gluten, dairy, white or brown refined sugar, corn products, processed food like bacon and deli meat, soy); > physical therapy by a pain-trained PT specifically; > dialectical behavioral therapy (a lot of my pain is due to trauma); > regular light exercise (walking, stretching, some Pilates); > mindfulness (meditation, tapping, yoga, breath work).

@Gracie1217 I've heard that the diet changes can be super helpful but I have no idea what I would eat! With everything they say not to eat, I feel like that takes away everything

@CrazyQ It was a challenge for a while, definitely. I tell people mine is kind of a Mediterranean diet plus a paleo diet mashup; that covers most of my avoidances. I also enjoy cooking and baking, so experimenting with different ingredients and dishes from other cultures that don't rely as heavily on gluten or dairy felt like a fun adventure most of the time. There are a lot of great food blogs with recipes out there for every dietary need. And I didn't just start avoiding foods on my own; I work with an excellent naturopath, so she's been able to make suggestions.
