Does anyone know where I can find a therapist who specialises in social anxiety? Or even just a confidence coach to help me with my extreme social anxiety? I live in the UK but am happy to work online.
I spoke to Samaritans for ages through emails and calls. It was really comforting, and even though sometimes I wasn’t suicidal, I had that help line. Hope this helps <3
