I recently quit my job and was planning on doing doordash until I got something new. the issue is it's very hard to get myself out of bed, especially the last month or so. even on days like today where I had to get up earlier, I find myself back home in bed when there are so many more productive things I could be doing. I know it's a depressive episode, I've felt it coming for months. I'm going to talk to my therapist about it more next session, but until then I just want to sleep all day and I don't have time to do that

      So my suggestion would be to try to find something you really like that you can do during your drives that you ONLY do during that time that makes you want to get up. Like an audiobook or a podcast.
