I was on miralax twice a day, then I started on Linzess, and after a month or so was able to go down to miralax once a day and then slowly was able to stop the daily miralax. The Linzess is working well for me so far. I’ve been on it for just over 3 months now…

The low fodmap diet has been a huge help for me. Recently my IBS started flaring up again. I took miralax for 2 years but it stopped working. I see a new GI at the beginning of next month though.

Thissss. Also I made a food and poop log (ik it's gross but it helped me figure out what foods mess me up) I also take miralax almost every day or every other day. I have also taken Linzess with success but don't need it anymore
Check out the FODMAP diet, my dietician recommended it for me, I haven't tried it yet, but it looks promising!
