Does anyone else with CFS struggle with digestion (more specifically, almost exclusively later in the day)? I get full so quickly at dinner, and even if I start hungry and have a small portion I am likely to get an upset stomach, dry heaving, and sometimes vomiting. This never happens for breakfast and rarely for lunch.

Yes! I recently cut out gluten and dairy from my diet to see if I could improve my GI symptoms at all.

yes, all the time. I actually been diagnosed with IBS and have had it for some time, but I feel like the fatigue affects my symptoms a lot as well. I tend to get nauseous and struggle with upset stomachs daily. it’s difficult, but I hope you’re able to find a resolution soon!
