heyo im Becca, just wanted to introduce myself well I live with fibromyalgia of course and adhd and what not and found chiropractic care and light to moderate exercise help me and definitely regular sleep schedule if you can I've been put on numerous of meds for fibromyalgia and all they did was make me worse so now I take no meds currently and eat very healthy with no sweets and not a lot of caffeine in my diet or lots of sodium in my diet and definitely have found my triggers all they call it of what makes my body flare up more but I'm definitely not expert on this just figured I'd share what works for me and what not and I'm open to making friends as well on here and ill gladly support anyone going through this and I've only been diagnosed with fibromyalgia 11 months. but yea anyone wanna message me on tips or anything like that im here or just to talk to c:

Hey 👋 welcome! Glad you've found some things that work for you! I too believe a good sleep schedule is beneficial (tell that to my insomnia though! 🙃). Thanks for sharing your experience, it's very helpful to a lot of people on here 💕

Hiya! I have fibro too, only recently diagnosed but have been diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome for quite a while now and never really tried any treatments so it’s interesting to hear about :D always here if you need to talk!
