I had to say goodbye to my therapist today as it was our last session because I am moving to a new state. I am feeling so depressed and was dreading this day all week. ugh. I was so against therapy and I saw someone in March who i didn't like and so I found this person and I have been doing so much better with her. I am so afraid I will regress without having her. I am so afraid of finding someone new. this all just sucks so much and now I have an urge to self harm .

I have been busy and distracted with moving to a new home but last night I felt triggered and have had urges since then. And the new therapist thing will be so hard. I was able to open up so much with the last one and I am feeling so depressed I can't see her anymore. I hope your well my friend. Thanks for reaching out.
Sorry to hear you had to say goodbye to a good therapist. I have been there and it sucks. It hurts. I had so many mixed feelings. Finding a new therapist can be daunting too if you don't click with someone right away. How have you been since posting?
