Everyone who uses medicinal THC or CBD for fibro pains, any recommendations??? I've tried so many things and nothing seems to have an effect 😭 tried CBD gummies, tincture, cream, vape, flower, nothing seems to do ANYTHING. Only thing that did was an edible but it only makes me dizzy😭 I really hate wasting more money on this stuff. But I don't know what other options I have

Try CBG instead of CBD. It is more effective. My go to for pain is Kanha gummies. They're low enough dosage to avoid side effects, but strong enough to take the edge off. It is also possible for your dizziness to be an intolerance to one of the terpenes. I can't have linalool, which is in most strains that are advertised as for pain management, because it gives me vertigo. Terpene intolerance is a very difficult thing to figure out, unfortunately, and I got lucky when I discovered mine

@spookyspoonie CBG is the main cannabinoid in baby plants, and is what forms all other cannabinoids. It is a little more selective at targeting inflammation and has been a lifesaver for me. 1 year of CBG did more for my inflammation levels than 4+ years of CBD

I do Major drinks. I take 10mg a night and it kicks in in about an hour and takes away most pain and helps me sleep.

@Babegirl2012 Major is the brand and it is just a normal drink with THC in it. Any of the drinks out there work but I find Major has the best flavor and it is marked in 10mg increments making it easier to dose. I’m in WA state though where it is legal.

I use CBD oil from the Green Stem company (UK based). They have a range of flavours and dosages. I worked up from the lowest dose to what worked for me, which is 2,000mg. You can save money if you subscribe to receive a bottle every month too. Highly recommend them.

Oil is the most effective way to get the benefits of CBD. Make sure you're using a reputable brand. There's a lot of fake crap out there.

Liftmode Hemp has pretty affordable THC free options. I have to go THC free because it REALLY aggravates my anxiety.
