Symptoms of Vitamin B12 Deficiency: What to Look Out For

I'm new to B12/folic acid deficiency but reading about it have had symptoms for sometime now. Tired all the time can't stay awake past 8pm in front of the TV. I thought it was just with age and getting up early. Who knew?

For me it's mostly depressive symptoms, so mood swings and low mood n stuff

Numbness in legs was a big one for me, I always sit with my legs bent or with one leg up and this tends to make them numb so if you can try and keep pressure on both legs sitting down should help if you get that one. Also fatigue, possibly hair loss
