I was told by my doctor that the annoying bumps on my arms is from vitamin D deficiency! I don’t know if that helps. The bumps I get are tiny bumps on my arms. They aren’t visible but you can feel them and they drive me crazy.

Sometimes, especially when I'm anxious and then if I notice them/think about them both my hives and my anxiety gets worse so I have to distract myself.
