For knee pain ,if you older ,go get stem cells and pray for the future of medicine to get into cellular and genetic cures!

@geminichic That's great the bilateral hip replacement worked. How long was recovery? The hips work fine no stiffness or pain? How long did it take from when pain started for you to have the operation? You are the first person I know that has had this type of surgery.

All of them have worked for me, just need to find the right combination at the time. I hope you feel better soon!

Hello, Unfortunately I havenā€™t found anything yet that helps. I was on Sulfasalazine for inflammation gave me horrible headaches. I am doing PT but in pain afterwards. Best wishes to you.

Hi, for me besides Nsaids and Tylenol, going to the gym I used patches (Kailo) in my back. Not sure if they work for other areas.

@Schatzi Wow I looked up Kalio patches. I am glad they work for you. Right now I can't afford them.

I take a tumeric blend, sometimes over the counter sleep aid, nothing works that great. I do yoga, meditate, stretching.
