Has anyone experienced almost non stop panic attacks for weeks? I can't even work, or drive! Nothing seems to help! I feel like I'm literally going crazy! šŸ˜Ŗ

Before medication I was pretty much bed-bound. I wouldn't leave it in fear of having a panic attack. I started zoloft and things got better pretty quickly. Now my panic attacks are rare and more able to be controlled.

I have had the worst time just trying to keep myself from panicking daily, the only thing helping me is grounding and centering exercises aside from staying on top of my medications. Taking time to stretch and meditate in the morning if you physically feel like you can, works wonders

I used to skip school bc of nonstop panic attacks, to the point it was affecting my life. It helped when I moved to an alternative school.

This was 100% me. Cutting out sugar stopped it for me. Have you been checked for diabetes? I was misdiagnosed for 30 years. ā¤ļø

Yes! For months I couldnā€™t even leave the house. And my head felt like it was on fire but with like electricity. I still donā€™t know why for sure but I think it was my thyroid.

Yes, it constantly happens. I can't function. I hope you find a way to deal and get through this. I'm searching for ways myself.
