      i was at that point for a long ass time. i feel like i’ve moved past it or out of it but definitely understand it.

      Mine is the complete opposite. Part of my trauma is being abused and witnessing extreme outbursts that were dangerous for me. So instead of exploding with anger, I just don't feel it. I suppress it and suppress it until I implode, which usually leads to sh.

      YES! I feel very irritable pretty often. My husband and I lovingly termed it "a**hole anxiety" because it's anxiety manifesting as anger most of the time for me. Recognizing that is helpful for me.
