Diabetes Type 2 (T2D)

@BellusLupus I eat normal sized meals for what I cook and at the correct times

It's been my experience that I roller coaster (what we call it when I go from super low or high to the opposite) in times of high emotion. Not just stress but if I'm super happy and having a great time with say my family or friends I tend to forget to eat.
With type 2 diabetes your body is still producing insulin. So missed meals does effect ur sugars. As well as physical activity. And bc it's summer it super easy to get lows. I'd talk to doctor about adjusting ur meds. At least for the season. I'm type 1, meaning my lows r usually caused by giving myself too much insulin, not eating or enough carbs, or too much physical activity without a pick me up.
@Jazzmin87 I don't skip meals and I do a lot of physical activity but I eat snacks every hour depending on the temperature and what I'm doing
@H_J that's actually really good to do. I would definitely talk to ur doctor about adjusting ur meds.
