I wish there was a way to not feel like a damaged human being when it comes to mental health... there's only two ways people look at you... 1) that we are crazy or damaged and shouldn't exist or 2) they look at us as a project and try to take pity on us. Idgaf about my mental health so I don't want people to pity me. I don't make good/bad choices bc I have a disorder.. I'm sure it contributes to it or it don't help but it's not the reason I do things. I hate pity. I hate feeling broken. I wish I could erase the fact that a few people know it. and bringing it up every 5mins doesn't help shit either. how would they like it if the situation was reversed... or heres a good example, what if every time they try to get medicine for their allergies or just breathe, everyone ignored what they said completely and told them it's just because they had a big ass fucking nose? Does having a big ass nose make you have breathing problems, no...does it contribute, sure but do you want someone talking about it all day, no. Same thing different issues.
