I've done both the 30 day and the 3 day Holter moniter where they documented my heart dropping below 30 while I sleep and jumping up to almost 180 from standing etc. I also did the tilt table test in office and fainted. but was only told its normal for "young women" to faint. Completely ignoring all of the other symptoms I guess. any advice? this was through a cardiologist, is there another specialist i should see?

Find someone new. 100% agree. It's not normal. Do a high number of high number of young women have dysautonomia? Yes but it's not normal

Respectfully, that cardiologist is bsing you. It is NOT normal for ANYONE to faint regularly. I'd find a different cardiologist because they clearly don't care about doing their job.

Find a different cardiologist and make them transfer your tests over to your new one
