      @CozyVibez I've just bought Voltarol and deep heat, I'm hoping they provide some relief from different areas

      I bought a inflatable hot tub and it helps a lot. Used twice a day and sometimes fall asleep for hours it helps keep me comfortable.

      Good luck haha. It's mostly something you'll have to get used to. Start taking Vitamin D if you haven't already. Lmk if you find something so I can try it! Lol
