Waking Up Breathless: What Could Be the Cause?

that used to happen to me a lot too, I never really found out what it was linked too but I know how much it sucks, maybe try doing something little for yourself each morning as a pick me up, whether it's watching funny videos, making a cup of coffee, eating breakfast, sitting outside, playing music, whatever

Past couple weeks I been waking up couldn't breath but I was anxious and when u can't breath yea your gonna feel anxious cause ur wondering why u can't breath ...so I get it im right there with ya
