Hey there, my doctor told me he has seen people unfortunately that pass out even sitting on the toilet, so there’s that. We that do not pass out are lucky. But yeah it’s scary. Not so much since I learned what it was (through my own research, but then my doctor confirming with a diagnosis) I get light headed with the whole heart palpitation thing and feel like I am gonna, but I go sit outside and do breathing exercises for a few minutes and it seems to calm down. And my cardiologist (my heart is perfectly fine as of a recent visit) his assistant told me to pinch my nose and blow with a bit of pressure (like when your ears feel stuffy and you want to pop them) and that seems to stop it, but I don’t really do that as I never remember to, but deep breathing seems to work. And I kind of just take it easy after that. For me it seems to only be an issue when I have stomach ulcer issues. When I get them under control (I’ve done so holistically before) the vagal syncope issue goes away.

This is something that happens to me all the time. More often than not I just anticipate & wait for the passing out to happen but then it never does. It makes me shaky for hours afterwards. I have Vaso Vagal
