hey, I'm curious to learn more about the issues I deal with as it regards an ex girlfriend. when I thought she was arround I lost all ability to think, speak, or act in any rational way. I felt a lot like just screaming, making her jealous, crying, yelling profanities, and even thought about violence. I thought about running away but talking but laying down or passing out or just walking by like nothing bothered me and thought about spitting in her face. I haven't seen the doctor about it and it's been years. if you have experienced this and know how to over come it then give me advice. I have suffered from a major depressive disorder ever since and I'd like to get over it naturally.

I'm sorry they didnt help. I think sometimes trying a different doctor, different meds, or different dosage might help too. I took many years until I felt much better. It took trying and error. But I was consistent and well connected to my doctors. I like that you want to get rid of such weird rush. It sounds terrifying.

Yeah I tried. All they tried to do was give me meds bit the meds never helped. Only depression meds. I don't know why I felt like I did. All I know is all the feelings happened for about 3 second. Just sheer panic.

Hi, thanks for sharing. Is it the hate? Love or both? Have you considered finding a psychiatrist? My emotion used to run wild too at times but with the help of my depression med, I feel emotionally more balanced. What do you think?
