I've been struggling lately with being compassionate with other people whose anxiety presents differently than mine. I only understand when it's something I've felt and get frustrated when others are unable to do something that I don't have a problem doing - but of course feel frustrated and hurt when others do that to me. I want to be more compassionate and understanding, it just can be so hard sometimes. Has anyone else experienced this? Any advice?

I have also experienced this- and I’m proud of you for recognizing it! That takes a lot and it’s really good that you can notice it! I try to notice those thoughts, write them down, and then explain why I’m being silly or illogical. It helps somewhat in the moment for me and I hope that over time I can re-train my thoughts.
