Other than medication is there any other treatment options for my lower back pain?My lower back pain is constantly hurting me.I have already tried physical therapy and injections in my lower back with no relief at all.I have a sleep number bed and it is making my lower back pain worse as I wake up in the morning.I can't get comfortable during the middle of the night so I toss and turn all night. It is awful.

Massage, stretching, spinal cord stimulator, surgery, losing weight, meditation, CBD, topical pain meds, there’s lots of alternatives. I’m not going to be Suzy Sunshine and say they all work, but it’s a matter of trying different combinations of things to see what helps.

I have constant low back also. I take meds (ultram & robaxin) but the best thing I can do is alternative chiropractic treatments. TENS/EMS, heat, ultrasound, laser and massage. My biggest pain complaint is constant muscle spasms and stenosis pain. The treatments help a lot, the meds are pretty mild, if I didn't get the treatments I don't know where I'd be. Today it's 2 years when all this started. I go to the chiropractor 2x a week.

I have a memory foam mattress with an adjustable base. I very rarely sleep fully flat. You might be able to just add the adjustable base to your current mattress. I find that elevating my head takes pressure off my back & I can change it as needed.

I am so sorry I also live with chronic low back pain and sleep is hard for me also I have this pillow I got that goes under my legs and it props them up and relieves the tension in my lower back! I do wake up with pain but stretch every morning and I hope this helps! I have been to a chiropractor and that has helped some but check with your primary before you do that! Hope you have a wonderful day.
