Hello all. My PLD is acting up and I'm working on taking out caffeine from my life. It basically made me feel violently I'll yesterday and today I feel really weak. My IBS is also acting up and having a lot of mucus, down there. I was wondering if this is an emergency room situation or if I should wait a little bit since I don't have a fever. What are your experiences in this area? What would you suggest?
