Work it into a routine somehow. I set an alarm for a nighttime medicine. In the morning I can rember to take after brushing my teeth. I also use a weekly pill case so I can easily confirm if I forgot a day.

I have to always set alarms and I also try to keep my meds where I will see them!

I always take mine before bed so I started leaving on my night stand. Even if I'm being lazy their right next to me. I don't always take them but it helps me take them at least 90% of the time

I have a wheeled cart next to my bed, chronic fatigue keeps me here a lot :’) I have a tray with all my full sized pill bottles in it on one of the shelves and I got myself two weekly pill cases that I like looking at in two different colors- one for AM, one for before bed. The pill cases are out where I can see them at all times and I always have water on hand. I worked myself backwards from all the issues that keep me from taking them regularly, one by one, and found a solution for each. Alarms don’t work great for me because I have ADHD and will immediately forget if I’m not next to my meds 🙄 smh!! The ritual of setting up my meds for the week is also nice, my AuDHD brain loves the routine.

Alarms, reminders, and also even self care apps. I use this app called Finch and you can set up goals and reminders on there.

I set an alarm on my phone and use one of the daily pill containers. It's helped me remember
