I like making a list everyday of what I need to do that day. It really helps me feel more accomplished
Ugh same! I haven't exactly found a way to handle this yet, but what I do is the moment I think of something, I write it down and if I can, do it. I know this isn't the most efficient way of doing things but it could help🤷🏾♀️
