Is there any way that I could fix my attitude about foods? I believe my attitude towards food—which usually consists of 100% of the time not trying anything new and just trying to make due—is part of the reason I have ARFID, but I know that the main reason I say no to new stuff is because of the textures of things. If I don't know the texture or if I know the texture is not comfortable for me, then I say no and get ridiculed for it by family and friends. I feel like if I dropped this attitude it would bring me one step closer to healing. Is there any way?
