Desperate plea for help

I know this place you are at and you I'm sure do too and you got through it and so did I. I'm sorry things feel like they will never get better but I promise it will. Just know that our brains are built to problem solve, and good things don't need a problem solved just the bad so we don't focus on the good...like what could we of done differently etc. We can control the now that's it. We can react to happenings in life that's it, no control over anything else. Reacting to things certain ways has never served us well...old habits die hard but we need to reprogram our minds to say oh yeah I remember when I went through that sure would of been nice to of done it differently but I can't so just have to accept it as it is and work on being a better person and take the reigns of life and just ride it on out into the last sunset of us. Life may not seem worth living in the rough spots, but it sure feels accomplishing when we get through it and get on the other side. You've done it how many times? Keep going! You got this! Xoxo
