Asking for Advice on Muscle Cramps

I just had to stop taking Lyrica after about a month for fibro and sleep becuase it made me anxious and if I miss a dose by even a couple hours I get really disturbing brain zaps... but it def helped with pain. However, I agree with the top comment that magnesium has also helped with pain

Honestly, for me, its making sure I take magnesium and potassium supplements. Magnesium also helps many other issues too, like not having migraines.
