i've been working constantly to be sure i'm distracted from what's going on. my girlfriend cheated on me while drunk a couple weeks ago, and called me fat on top of that... and i'm busying myself with anything and everything i can find. i applied for a third job yesterday. i dont need a third job. i need rest. but i cant unless im completely drained, and that only happens when i busy myself to the point of exhaustion. i cant rest when all i can think about is what happened.

      RELATABLE. I split with my partner 3 days ago and im doing the same. I would suggest instead of another job, finding something to do that you enjoy, rather than something stressful. Like playing a sport or reading a book or hanging out with friends
