hey people! I have never used this app before... so I don't really know what to say. I go to work at least 6 days a week ..but before work all day I just want to eat and lay in bed. I'm gaining weight and I hate it... but I am not motivated to do anything other than work and drink. what is keeping all of you sane? Most of the time I'm wishing I wasn't alive anymore. 😔

What I have done to help me is I make a checklist on my phone of daily tasks. I only started with 5 things a day of just things to do around the house. Not necessarily cleaning, just things to keep me doing something. Reading a book, watching tv, playing with my cat, crocheting are things that I did. Just start out slow and keep your mind awake at first, then add some more things like maybe wash dishes or run the vacuum. Work on things around the house to get your home space clean because you're mood actually depends a lot on your living space. And if your cramped and crowded in your living space because it's not clean you're not gonna stay to feel better. My family does a random monthly check in on me to see how I'm doing. And if my apartment is clean enough for my illness not to take hold.

Someone else on here mentioned trying to look for things you can do in bed, like reading or watching TV (as long as it's not close to bedtime).

Totally feel the same about just laying in bed all day. I think 🍃 helps keep me sane
