Generally there are 3 types of posts people make: 1) general question like "what is your favorite coping mechanism?" 2) rant about a specific event or symptom they are struggling with. 3) ask for advice/solidarity like "just started zoloft, having nausea, anyone else have a similar experience?" These are just common themes I have noticed, but obviously you can post about whatever you want (as long as it's appropriate of course). Hope this helps!
