does anyone else have siblings who get a blank expression when you talk about your symptoms? At this point it kind of hurts but I've grown used to it mostly.

      @coffeeblack 👍 yep I've heard that alot before *as of its an excuse or just says no that isn't how u feel* my husband thinks my depression/anxiety is all in my head smh lol.. sometimes I WISH he cld simply feel exactly how I'm feeling

      We are twins and both 28 all she has is depression and anxiety. I have depression and anxiety and borderline personality disorder and schizophrenia and adhd and a ednos

      My sister is like its not all about your illness. Or shell say you dont have that. So i jist give up on her and dont talk about it when shes in the room

      Mom , sister, aunts, anyone who should also could benefit from being in therapy looks as if it's an excuse or just says no that isn't how your feeling. Feel this lol

          @Tiyanna my husband thinks the same. Sometimes I feel like I'm cheating him out of a better life. Because some days I can barely get out of bed.

        @Samantha89 wow I'm the oldest my younger sister is 27. But I'm not sure they are able to fully understand what you're going through/feeling

      My little sister used to do that same thing with me. That's why I eventually stopped talking to her about things and started talking to my psychiatrist more,Journaling, other people, and venting by writing songs.
