Adderall not working anymore, anyone else?

Has anyone else's Adderall stopped working? At first I thought that there was something wrong with me, I thought that maybe I was getting sick. But now I've seen a couple people mention that something has been off.

My menstrual cycle massively impacts how well my meds work, so much so I start to think I don't have ADHD, I need less in follicular phase & more in luteal but while my dr's recognise this is a real problem, the system/protocols in place don't allow them to take it into account? So I'm prescribed the same dose all month. I do think I might have PMDD also 🤗

Has anything else in your life changed? Hormones play a big role in how much medication reaches the brain, and external factors like stress, blood sugar and sleep loss make ADHD worse.
