I have had symptoms since covid in Jan. Every one tells me it will get better. I notice some improvement, but not a lot. Is that true for anyone here?

I also got Covid Dec 29th 2021. I still struggle daily with symptoms but I am no where near as bad as I was when it started. Though I still struggle day to day I am unsure if I am getting better or worse. I am trying to make sure I am on a low histamine diet and getting proper nutrition. I take 300mg gabapentin and 25mg hydroxyzine every day. To help with symptoms. They pulled me off my mental health meds to help with anxiety. But I am scared to come of the hydroxyzine so I can start lexapro. So I am stuck. I experience rumbling, buzzing, and internal tremors every day. And my teeth have been permanently chattering since I got Covid.
I've been sick w covid19 since march 2020 I never got vax till this yr 2022 do to catching sarscov2 pneumonia. I've never felt so bad in my entire life. I am on 5 psych meds and they stopped working for me. No sleep in 3 days
