Its important to eat a healthy diet of non inflammatory foods. Cutting out gluten and dairy has helped me alot. I am newly diagnosed so I am still tinkering around with the food aspect myself. There are several specific diets I have read that helps and one in particular keeps standing out and that is the AIP diet. My endocrinologist recommended a plant based diet but I have tried these several times and never stick with it so I am trying the AIP. Light easy exercise, nothing high impact

When I cut gluten I didn’t realize how inflamed I was until I wasn’t able to wear rings. Gluten is a huge trigger. I think if you can start with one thing at a time. I tried the elimination diet & got so overwhelmed & didn’t read labels right, so I’m taking it category by category & finding the best options. Message me if you need anything!

I have been tinkering with AIP , I have been gluten free for a while (with occasional exposures now that I have been stricter / know what I can handle) I am trying to be diary free, soy free. I’ve been trying to get with a dietician because I am so bloated from primarily fruits & veggie diet that I’m likely not getting the best variety
