I feel like my mental health is keeping me from going to work. I wish I was hurt so I could isolate more.

I’ve felt the same way for a long time. First it was due to my mental health, but once I got that in a good place (it only took all of 8 years) it shifted over to physical health. Most days I’m too tired to do most things, even taking a shower or getting some breakfast. I have a condition called POTS that effects every single corner of my life, and it seems to get worse and worse. I’m so glad I was able to better my mental health, though, because had I not done so I would be in a really dark place right now. My best advice is to talk to both a doctor and a counselor/coach/therapist to get things figured out. Don’t let anything stop you! You’re 100% worth it, regardless of what your brain might be telling you. You’ve got this 💛

I totally know what you mean. Can you take a few personal days off for some self care? Maybe a day trip to somewhere pretty and refreshing to you?
