      Hello! Thanks for reaching out! Some of the areas I'm confident my anxiety comes from, are my health, both physical and mental, finances, safety of myself and others, general world news, an upset stomach. I do have some stomach issues and issues with diet. Which is probably the most constant one I feel like. Seems like there isn't much I don't get anxious about sometimes nowadays. How about yourself? And is there anything you've learned on your journey that you feel is worth sharing?
