to be completely honest taking medication saved my life, but there’s definitely a long journey finding what works for you and learning how to avoid the side effects! also, my psychiatrist recommended reading a book called Succeeding with Adult ADHD but i never got around to it so i can’t speak to how helpful it is 😅

There is a YouTube channel I watch called How To ADHD, the host of the channel has ADHD and provides some incredibly helpful advice. Highly recommend u give it a watch 🙏🏼💕

I don't know anything about parenting. But if you get overstimulated easily or by noises I would recommend ear plugs, but like Loop earplugs because they cancel out background noise and not all noise

Not a mom, but a teacher with ADHD. For me what I found was brain breaks and stimulation breaks for myself as well as the kids!

I'm a mom with ADHD and taking Adderall is the only ADHD med that has helped me. I have tried several others and they never worked.
