    Caffeine. I like mio energy a lot. I just have it sitting on my bed stand with a glass of water so when I wake up I can just roll over, put a few squirts in my water, drink the caffeine, and go back to sleep or browse my phone to wait for the adrenaline to kick in. Then I get up. Way easier for me to do it in little steps rather than get up fully and make coffee.

    On mornings when I don't feel motivated to get up, I'll put on something to listen to while I shower and get ready for the day, so I can listen to something entertaining while doing my mundane routine. Hope this helps! 🌻
