    Do small things around the house. I like to give myself 3 chores a day. Then I do my best. You're allowed to be proud if you complete the chores. If anyone comes at you with "dont be proud. You did the bare minimum" give that person an ultimatum. They can stop their toxic bullshit shaming or they can leave. And don't be the toxic voice yourself.

    There's no one good answer for this question, everyone handles it differently. Try different methods and figure out what works best for you. The biggest help for me was getting a solid schedule, I wake up, go to work, game, go to sleep. Its not glamorous but the structure helps me keep moving
