Need advice for severe pain and headache

so today I woke up with server pain and sore to touch and a banging headache that meds don't want to help. anyone have any idea on what to use/ do?

      Days when I hurt all over and nothing is helping I find myself in a hot bubble bath for hours. I usually even do gentle stretching for tension. The hot water loosens up the muscles. Show your body some love ❤️ Hope this helps.

      I'm sorry to hear of your pain. When mine gets that bad and worse, I use long, slow stretches and hot and cold packs alternating. I also use a TENS unit for a half-hour hour or so. Hope you get better soon.

        @Grammy6 I love baths but I find sometimes they completely whack put all.my energy then after the national im left still.onnpaikmnut not battling then wiped energy feeling :( anyone else? Sleep helps me manage pain sp I try to rest as much as possible but that's way easier said than done when you're a mum & carer lol
